PA The big news story today is the start of a long awaited Dessert company by well-known Hamiltonian Baker, Jeanie Kurzrok. With roots stemming from her ancestors in Germany, Scotland, and France Jeanie has finally decided, after many have been begging for almost a decade, to launch a dessert company. The company aptly named "WeWantDessert.com" has created a web site under the same name. The web site www.WeWantDessert.com provides Friends and Family (and soon to be customers) with much information, including her first of many offerings. This reporter has been one of the select few lucky people located outside The Hamlet, "The Cheese Cake was truly Wonderful" and Jeanie's signature on the Cheesecake is that one slice of the cake is a sampling of other cakes available…

Currently her Cheesecake is available Plain or with Fruit or Chocolate. WOW!!! WeWantDessert.com prices are great also, they range from $20.00 to $25.00 for 8 inch diameter and $28.00 to $35.00 for 10" of heaven.

Ms. Kurzrok (pronounced Kurz - Rock) also provided me with a taste of her Strudel. "Oh Boy, the Best I have ever…" And to make it even more available for larger parties, you can order a 1 Foot, 2 Foot or 3 Foot (Yes, a Yard of Strudel). Each piece of Strudel arrives on its own wood presentation block, which is used for cutting. Strudels cost from $25.00 to $37.00 and are offered in Phyllo or Pastry Dough. "Yum."
